Finally a Low FODMAP app adapted Norwegian food and Norwegian consumers! It can be frustrating, confusing and difficult should embark in FODMAP world, but this app is supposed to do Low FODMAP-life easier for all who struggle with IBS or abdominal pain. The app provides the following: - Groceries - Finished Products that you may find in Norwegian shops (Low FODMAP) - Recipes adapted Norwegian users. New recipes will be added regularly. Tip: Press the label on the front of the recipes to save your favorite recipes. These settles Favorites on the main menu. In the main menu you will also find the following: - Information about Low FODMAP - Shopping list: Add different foods straight to the list by pressing the shopping cart icon. In recipes you can add all the ingredients in the basket by pressing the \ "Add all to cart \". - Overview of places to eat out. Here we hope that we can help each other to create a good overview of eateries across the country who are good at facilitating guests with special dietary requirements. Send us your tips to where to eat out! Summary of foods grouped into food groups. Overview of fruit, berries and vegetables is in addition alphabetically.
